DONNA A. CAMPBELL
On the outside, you may look successful, productive, and strong. Inside, you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, disconnected, or weighed down by past experiences that never fully healed. I know that reality because I have lived it too.
I am an RN Psychotherapist and thought leader in women’s wellness with more than thirty years of experience. I founded Live by Design Wellness to create a deeper conversation about what women truly need beyond surface solutions.
My work integrates clinical expertise with lived understanding so women can reclaim their energy, restore their relationships, and step into lives rooted in clarity, balance, and strength.
